We take thousands of photos on our phones. Children of photographers especially are the most photographed generation. When I go into your house to document your family, I am thinking of how these photos will hopefully will be passed on through generations. I see my son #nikofacelessportrait pulling out his yearly albums to show his own children. As I’ve been taking daily photos of him and making 365 days of Niko album for 6 years! Among these photos will be his newborn images.

I capture mama and baby in their new routines. Feeding, holding, changing, and loving on the baby. I want you to remember what it felt like during these early sleepless days of a new baby in your arms.

It must be the most amazing feeling to finally get to hold the baby in his arms. Women get to carry and birth the baby for such a long time and then time comes for the dad to feel the connection to this new tiny human in their arms.
Baby Portraits
With the smooth flow of an at-home lifestyle newborn session, I typically am able to capture even the fussiest of babies by themselves. Because I do the sessions in the comfort of your home without smoothies babies to sleep, majority of the newborns are often awake. Wide awake babies with eye contact are just as special as a sleeping baby.
The Tiny Details
Newborns change so fast. Every month is different. Their cheeks fill in, their wrinkles fade, red and flaky skin goes away. I will spend some time capturing all the tiny newest of newborn details before they fade into a lovely memory.
