Maternity photography is a new concept. When our mothers were pregnant it wasn’t celebrated as it is today. I am so glad it changed and we embrace this beautiful period of a woman’s life.
It is a luxury that some can’t afford and others don’t feel comfortable participating in. When we are pregnant we feel big, uncomfortable and ready for the pregnancy to be over. However being pregnant is a beautiful time in a woman’s life and no matter how hard it is you’ll miss it. And even if you won’t, you’ll still want this time to be captured.
It is a time that you want to reflect and remember, so let the beautiful imagery I take for you take you back to those days.

It’s so great to get to know the family while they’re expecting and before they welcome the new baby into the world.
